Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NFT template, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
NFT Listings and Sales
Sellers on the NFT marketplace are responsible for creating accurate and clear listings for their NFTs. This includes accurate descriptions, images, and any relevant metadata.
By listing an NFT for sale, sellers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to sell the NFT and that the NFT does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Framer.com charges a transaction fee for each NFT sale. The fee will be deducted from the total sale amount before payment is transferred to the seller.
NFT Purchasing
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the details of NFT listings carefully before making a purchase. All sales are final, and Framer.com does not offer refunds or cancellations for purchased NFTs.
Payment
Transactions on the NFT marketplace are conducted using cryptocurrency. Buyers will pay the specified amount in cryptocurrency, which will be held in escrow until the transaction is completed.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the purchased NFT will be transferred to the buyer's digital wallet, and the payment will be released to the seller, minus the transaction fee
Intellectual Property
NFT sellers retain the intellectual property rights to their art and content. However, buyers acquire ownership of the specific NFT as outlined in the NFT's metadata.
Limitation of Liability
Framer.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the NFT marketplace or the content therein.
Remember to customize this template to fit the specific details of your NFT marketplace and the legal requirements in your jurisdiction. It's essential to seek legal advice to ensure the accuracy and compliance of your "Terms of Service" for NFT sales.
